感謝信格式英文

　　感謝信是重要的禮儀文書，是向幫助、關(guān)心和支持過自己的集體（黨政機關(guān)、企事業(yè)單位、社會團體等）或個人表示感謝的專業(yè)書信，有感謝和表揚雙重意思。那么，感謝信格式英文如何表達呢？

　　一、信函寫作：稱呼、正文、落款

　　1、審題—-判斷是個人書信&事務(wù)公函

　　決定：

　　語域使用：正式：使用禮貌表達，不用縮略語(對公)

　　半正式：可以使用縮略和口語表達(對私)

　　非正式：(一般不考)——It depends

　　呼語： 特定的寫信對象：Dear XX

　　不明確收信人：Dear Sir/Madam, or To Whom It May Concern

　　2、正文

　　三段(8句)：寫作目的段、細化段、感謝或者期待。

　　3、各種信函內(nèi)容安排
