　　Dear Sirs,

　　From the lst of next month, the prices of all our products will be raised by 10%, We regret this, but increase of price has become unavoidable in view of the rising costs of labor and raw materials.

　　We think that even with this increase our products are still slightly lower in price than those of our competitors in this field, and we believe that sales will not be affected.

　　New price lists are being prepared and these will be sent to you as soon as they are ready. Meanwhile, to help you with the business you are now negotiating, we will charge you old prices on all orders received here up to and including September 30.

　　You may rely on our continued co-operation and attention.

　　從下月初一起，本公司所有產(chǎn)品的價格將提高10%，茲對此事感到遺憾，但鑒于勞工和原料成本的上漲，價格增加是無可避免的。

　　我方以為，雖然漲價了，本公司產(chǎn)品仍然比同業(yè)競爭對手的價格稍為便宜，相信銷路不會受到影響。

　　新價目表正在準備當中，一俟完成會立刻寄給貴方。同時，為了協(xié)助您現(xiàn)今正在交涉的交易，9月30日以前或當日收到的訂單，我方仍采用舊價。
