So it should be strengthened today when international cooperation is becoming more and more frequent. But others don' t agree. They think not everyone has to communicate with foreigners in the future. Moreover， listening test is unfair to the students in the areas where radio signals cannot be picked up effectively. And for certain reasons， there is a big difference in teachers and equipment between the countryside and the city.

　　“叮、叮、�！�。上課鈴響了，原本這是一節(jié)我們期待已久的英語(yǔ)課，但班主任語(yǔ)文老師走了進(jìn)來(lái)，說(shuō)：“今天，我們的英語(yǔ)老師請(qǐng)假，我來(lái)代課”。聽(tīng)了這句話(huà)，我不禁又對(duì)英語(yǔ)老師不負(fù)責(zé)任的印象又加深了一點(diǎn)。
