　　一、想當一名好老師不容易

　　做一名老師容易，做一名好老師的確很難。教學工作復雜而又繁瑣。首先，要管理好整個班集體，提高整體教學水平。然后，又要顧及班中的每一名學生，不能讓一名學生落伍。這就要求教師不能只是為了完成教學任務，還要多關心、留意學生，經(jīng)常與學生進行交流，給予學生幫助。做學生學習上的良師，生活中的益友。

　　二、自信很重要

　　學生接觸新知識使需要時間和理解，因此，在教學過程中要講究正確的方法。精講多練是我采取的一個鞏固學生所學知識的方法。在課堂上，我少講精講，讓每位同學做好筆記，掌握知識重點難點，然后給予他們更多的時間練習加以鞏固，課后留有適當不同層次的作業(yè)讓不同層次的學生去練習，這樣通過精講，多練，讓學生在聽的過程中掌握知識，在練的過程中鞏固知識。同時，我又讓每位同學準備一個錯題本，在我每次評講習題的過程中，把他們易錯的習題和知識點重點記在錯題本上，以便于平時有重點地去記憶和理解。事實證明，這一方法切實可行，也行之有效。

　　四、聽課對新教師至關重要

　　聽課是提高自身教學能力的`一個好方法，新老師只有多聽課才能夠逐漸積累經(jīng)驗。所以對每一次聽課的機會我都十分珍惜。聽課的主要對象是我們組的優(yōu)秀老師的課，同時也聽其他老師的課。這次實習中，我聽了五節(jié)課，我的收獲很大，逐步掌握了一些駕馭課堂的技巧。聽完課之后，把教師們上課時講到的記在聽課記錄上，然后對我自己的備課教案進行修改，將他們很多優(yōu)點和長處應用到我的課堂教學當中去，取得了較好的效果。
