　　老師是我最敬佩的人。平時看起來老師挺兇的，其實他們都是培育祖國花朵的園丁，傳道、授業(yè)、解惑的恩師，不會傷害我們的。那么，假如我是一名老師，我會怎么樣呢？

　　我一定會好好地教學(xué)生。上課時，我會專門叫那些膽小的同學(xué)發(fā)言，因為他們的眼神會告訴我他們心里沒底，我想通過課堂回答問題增強(qiáng)他們的自信心；下課后，我會把全班同學(xué)召集到操場上去跳繩、踢毽子……因為這樣會強(qiáng)健我們的身體。如果看到同學(xué)打鬧的現(xiàn)象，我會立即把他們叫過來，心平氣和地教育他們，告訴他們友好相處的道理，看到同學(xué)們又重歸于好，我會十分開心的。
