　　A Dragon boat race is a traditional amusement activityin dragon boat festival. Today, my mother took me out to watch dragon boatraces. I was very excited, because this was my first time to watch such race. Whenwe arrived at Nanhu Park, there were hundreds of people around the two sides ofthe river. We found a place can see the match clearly hardly. The participatesat on the boat look like dragon. When the signal to start set, everyone on theboat tried their best to make the boat forward. And the people who werewatching also cheered them. The air was very lively.

　　龍舟比賽是端午節(jié)的傳統(tǒng)娛樂(lè)活動(dòng)。今天，我媽媽帶我出去看龍舟比賽。我很興奮，因?yàn)檫@是我第一次去看這樣的比賽。我們來(lái)到南湖公園的時(shí)候，那里有成百上千的`人在河的兩邊。我們好不容易找到一個(gè)可以清楚看到比賽的地方。參賽者都坐在像龍一樣的船里面。當(dāng)開始的信號(hào)發(fā)出的時(shí)候，每個(gè)人都努力使他們的船前進(jìn)。觀眾們也為他們加油打氣。氣氛很熱鬧。

　　前一段時(shí)間，我參加了“希望之星”英語(yǔ)比賽，沒想到進(jìn)入了復(fù)賽。復(fù)賽比初賽難多了，初賽只需要用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行自我介紹，再加上才藝表演就行了，而復(fù)賽呢，除了這兩項(xiàng)之外，還要看圖用英語(yǔ)說(shuō)句子。比賽的圖片有20多張，比賽前兩分鐘進(jìn)行抽簽、準(zhǔn)備，然后就要上場(chǎng)了。

　　這一個(gè)禮拜，我一直在為比賽做準(zhǔn)備，可是因?yàn)閳D片太多了，時(shí)間又緊張，所以我只準(zhǔn)備了其中的'10多幅圖片。

　　星期六下午，媽媽陪我去參加英語(yǔ)比賽。抽簽的時(shí)候，我看見我準(zhǔn)備的圖片都被別的小朋友一張張抽走了，心里有點(diǎn)兒緊張。輪到我了，果然，我抽到了一幅沒有準(zhǔn)備過(guò)圖片，我想：“這下可完了，真倒霉！可是，都已經(jīng)到了，也沒辦法了，只能再努力準(zhǔn)備一下了�！鄙蠄�(chǎng)的時(shí)候，我不再緊張，我大方地做了自我介紹，并唱了一首英語(yǔ)歌，看圖說(shuō)話開始了，大屏幕上出示了圖片，老師把話筒遞給我。我先介紹了圖片上的人物，在介紹他們?cè)诟墒裁矗?0秒中里面，我大概說(shuō)了八、九個(gè)句子。

　　比賽結(jié)束了，媽媽表?yè)P(yáng)我發(fā)揮的很好。不知道會(huì)不會(huì)進(jìn)紹興市的比賽，但是不管結(jié)果如何，這都是一次很好的經(jīng)歷。

　　Once I saw the TV show, it was about the fathers and their kids having the match, they were separated by five groups and compete for the match. At first, they were competing happily, but as the game came to the end, the last group was so worried. The father inspired his kid to stick on and finish the match, while the kid was crying because he knew he must be the last. After the match, the father told his kid that winning was not the most important thing for the match, the first thing was to enjoy the game and finish it, the result was not that important.

　　I agree with the father, the child must be endowed with the consciousness that to enjoy the game is more important than to win. Every match can only have one win, but we can enjoy every match.
