　　i have come to believe that a great teacher is a great artist and that there are as few as there are any other great artists. it might even be the greatest of the art since the medium is the human mind and spirit.

　　i shall speak only of my first teacher because in addition to the other things, she brought discovery.she aroused us to shouting, bookwaving discussions. she had the noisiest class in school and she didn’t even seem to know it. we could never stick to the subject. she breathed curiosity into us so that we brought in facts or truths shielded in our hands like captured fireflies.

　　she was fired and perhaps rightly so, for failing to teach fundamentals. such things must be learned. but she left a passion in us for the pure knowable world and she inflamed me with a curiosity which has never left. i could not do simple arithmetic but through her i sensed that abstract mathematics was very much like music.when she was relieved, a sadness came over us but the light did not go out. she left her signature on us, the literature of the teacher who writes on minds. i suppose that to a lager extent i am the unsigned manuscript of the high school teacher. what deathless power lies in the hands of such a person.

　　i can tell my son who look s forward with horror to fifteen years of drudgery that somewhere in the dusty dark a magic may happen that will light up the years…if he is very lucky.

　　The biggest benefit, in my eyes, is that teachers should do their best to improve not only their specialized knowledge and skills but also their teaching methods in order to meet the needs of their students. In addition, teachers will pay more attention to self-images as to win respect from students. Finally, the teacher-student relationship will be closer and more harmonious.

　　Apart from the benefits mentioned above, we also face several unavoidable challenges. In the first place, the students evaluation of teachers cannot always be objective it should be combined with evaluation from authority and colleagues. In the second place, the most popular teacher may neither be the most knowledgeable nor the one with the most advanced teaching method. What s the most important; some teachers may become indulgent with their students because of this new system. Only when we deal with these problems successfully can we benefit the most from such a new system.

　　小學(xué)三年級(jí)我才開(kāi)始學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)，那個(gè)時(shí)候大家學(xué)英語(yǔ)比較懵懂，什么都不知道，因?yàn)閷?duì)于我們來(lái)說(shuō)，在小小的年紀(jì)學(xué)一門(mén)外語(yǔ)并不是一件很簡(jiǎn)單的事情，我們平時(shí)都習(xí)慣了說(shuō)我們的母語(yǔ)突然接觸，一門(mén)完全不知道的外語(yǔ)對(duì)我們來(lái)說(shuō)都是非常難接受的，無(wú)論是從意識(shí)上面還是從思想上面，能力上面對(duì)于一個(gè)三年級(jí)的孩子來(lái)說(shuō)是非常困難的，但是那個(gè)時(shí)候的英語(yǔ)老師會(huì)非常仔細(xì)的教給我們這些東西。她會(huì)從字母開(kāi)始教我們，然后教我們一些音標(biāo)從最簡(jiǎn)單的單詞開(kāi)始，比如數(shù)字和一些顏色和一些動(dòng)物和親人和親戚的英語(yǔ)稱(chēng)呼來(lái)交給我們，然后便開(kāi)始教給我們一些比較簡(jiǎn)單的語(yǔ)法，這個(gè)時(shí)候的老師其實(shí)是比較辛苦的，因?yàn)閷?duì)于我們來(lái)說(shuō)學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)是一件很陌生的事情，所以老師需要為我們做好思想工作，而且需要更加負(fù)責(zé)任的教給我們學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)，才能讓我們接受這門(mén)學(xué)科。

　　我的英語(yǔ)老師換了很多次，但是每次的英語(yǔ)老師都非常的負(fù)責(zé)。他們會(huì)非常負(fù)責(zé)任的.為我們講解PPT讓我們的英語(yǔ)課堂變得更加生動(dòng)，不至于那么枯燥和無(wú)聊也會(huì)為我們唱一些英語(yǔ)的歌曲，讓我們一邊唱歌一邊學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)，也會(huì)讓我們看一些英語(yǔ)動(dòng)畫(huà)片，能從中學(xué)到一些新單詞和語(yǔ)句。那個(gè)時(shí)候老師還會(huì)舉辦一些英語(yǔ)歌唱比賽。我們?cè)谶@些非常有趣多姿多彩的活動(dòng)中，學(xué)習(xí)了不少關(guān)于英語(yǔ)的東西，這讓我覺(jué)得很有意思，也從中收獲了很多。那個(gè)時(shí)候老師便開(kāi)始給我們非常仔細(xì)的講解課文和報(bào)聽(tīng)寫(xiě)。

　　到初中的時(shí)候老師講課就更加的負(fù)責(zé)任了，工科也變難了很多，因?yàn)槲覀儺吘挂呀?jīng)升入初中，所以我們的課本也變得困難了很多，這個(gè)時(shí)候老師就加強(qiáng)了對(duì)我們的訓(xùn)練，每天都需要背課文，而且需要一個(gè)一個(gè)到老師那里背，不能有漏網(wǎng)之魚(yú)，而且每一次學(xué)完新單詞之后，第2天可能就要聽(tīng)寫(xiě)單詞，聽(tīng)寫(xiě)，不過(guò)關(guān)的同學(xué)還要繼續(xù)聽(tīng)寫(xiě)，并且還要糾正很多遍來(lái)增強(qiáng)記憶。

　　但是老師們都很努力的讓英語(yǔ)課堂變得更加有趣，因?yàn)槠鋵?shí)對(duì)于學(xué)我一門(mén)外語(yǔ)來(lái)說(shuō)是比較困難的，而且相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)比較枯燥，可能一開(kāi)始會(huì)覺(jué)得新穎，所以老師都非常的致力于提高學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的趣味性。

　　我的英語(yǔ)老師

　　今年，給我們上3L的英語(yǔ)老師換了一個(gè)老師，他既嚴(yán)格又幽默，上課經(jīng)常和我們開(kāi)玩笑。

　　我們都叫他Mr nie，上課說(shuō)的英語(yǔ)也很標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并且還是寶雞市劍橋英語(yǔ)學(xué)校的校長(zhǎng)。他的個(gè)子高高的，上課時(shí)總是笑瞇瞇的看著我們。

　　課堂上我們沒(méi)有錄音機(jī)，所以Mr nie經(jīng)常充當(dāng)錄音機(jī)來(lái)讀課文，“叮咚，Lesson seven……”然后我們就認(rèn)認(rèn)真真地聽(tīng)起來(lái)，結(jié)束的時(shí)候老師經(jīng)常說(shuō)：“叮咚，不要說(shuō)話。”每次一到這里都會(huì)搞得全班同學(xué)哄堂大笑。

　　Mr nie讓我們?cè)诳鞓?lè)中學(xué)習(xí)，不知不覺(jué)中，我們把課文學(xué)懂了，生詞學(xué)會(huì)了，背課文也輕松了，在不知不覺(jué)的情況下我們喜歡上了英語(yǔ)。

　　Mr nie上課經(jīng)常和我們做游戲，比如我們?cè)趯W(xué)Lesson nine的時(shí)候，當(dāng)時(shí)有一個(gè)單詞—pull，老師就和我們玩拔河，但是老師很聰明，很快就把我們贏了。

　　我越來(lái)越喜歡Mr nie了。
