People who set their goal and keep moving would make their dream come true. However, there are some people who set their goal but they stop at the difficulty would fail in the end. I think the difference between success and failure is perseverance. If we have perseverance, even if we are not clever, we will make a great difference, but if we not, we are doomed to lose. As we all know, Edison is a great inventor in the world. However, before he invented the bulb, he kept trying for tens of thousands of times to find a suitable wire. 　　前一段時間，我參加了“希望之星”英語比賽，沒想到進入了復賽。復賽比初賽難多了，初賽只需要用英語進行自我介紹，再加上才藝表演就行了，而復賽呢，除了這兩項之外，還要看圖用英語說句子。比賽的圖片有20多張，比賽前兩分鐘進行抽簽、準備，然后就要上場了。

　　這一個禮拜，我一直在為比賽做準備，可是因為圖片太多了，時間又緊張，所以我只準備了其中的10多幅圖片。

　　星期六下午，媽媽陪我去參加英語比賽。抽簽的時候，我看見我準備的圖片都被別的小朋友一張張抽走了，心里有點兒緊張。輪到我了，果然，我抽到了一幅沒有準備過圖片，我想：“這下可完了，真倒霉！可是，都已經(jīng)到了，也沒辦法了，只能再努力準備一下了�！鄙蠄龅臅r候，我不再緊張，我大方地做了自我介紹，并唱了一首英語歌，看圖說話開始了，大屏幕上出示了圖片，老師把話筒遞給我。我先介紹了圖片上的.人物，在介紹他們在干什么，30秒中里面，我大概說了八、九個句子。
