　　老師是我最敬佩的人。平時(shí)看起來(lái)老師挺兇的，其實(shí)他們都是培育祖國(guó)花朵的園丁，傳道、授業(yè)、解惑的恩師，不會(huì)傷害我們的。那么，假如我是一名老師，我會(huì)怎么樣呢？

　　我一定會(huì)好好地教學(xué)生。上課時(shí)，我會(huì)專門叫那些膽小的同學(xué)發(fā)言，因?yàn)樗麄兊难凵駮?huì)告訴我他們心里沒(méi)底，我想通過(guò)課堂回答問(wèn)題增強(qiáng)他們的自信心；下課后，我會(huì)把全班同學(xué)召集到操場(chǎng)上去跳繩、踢毽子……因?yàn)檫@樣會(huì)強(qiáng)健我們的身體。如果看到同學(xué)打鬧的'現(xiàn)象，我會(huì)立即把他們叫過(guò)來(lái)，心平氣和地教育他們，告訴他們友好相處的道理，看到同學(xué)們又重歸于好，我會(huì)十分開(kāi)心的。
