　　As children approach adulthood,school education has a great effect on the development of them and how to deal with the relationship between teachers and students is quite important.

　　Generation gap is natural between parents and children and it is also natural between teachers and students. In fact,it can be narrowed through mutual unterstanding and respect.Good teachers are regarded as the students' friends and they will deal with the students' problems fairly and equally which will deserve students' trust.Besides,students rely on teachers and they hope to ask teachers for help when meeting with difficulties, so a good teacher should have a clear idea of what the students are thinking and caring for and should communicate with them more so that there will be a harmonious atmosphere.Last but not least,students and teachers should respect each other and often think about the things on the other's stand so that they can seek a best way to solve the problems when there is any disagreement between them. And I think with mutual understanding and experienced guidance of the teachers,the generation gap will also promote the school education positively.

　　首先，她會(huì)讓我們的課堂更加活躍，比如，在上課之前，讓每個(gè)人都有機(jī)會(huì)來(lái)上臺(tái)分享自己的小故事，當(dāng)然是用英語(yǔ)表達(dá)。而我，當(dāng)然也上臺(tái)表演，并且在那一次老師給我了一個(gè)很高的評(píng)價(jià)，并且給予了我一些小tips（小招)，比如說(shuō)我需要再加強(qiáng)稿子的熟練度，發(fā)音需要再改正，等等。

　　其次，我們上課會(huì)做一些互動(dòng)，先讓我們看一些小視頻、短篇，譬如TED，然后讓我們用英語(yǔ)表達(dá)自己的觀點(diǎn)與想法，不但增大了我的膽量，還讓我能夠表達(dá)出自己的想法，讓我獲得了參與感與榮譽(yù)感。

　　此外，她作為一名老師，工作是教書(shū)育人，所以她對(duì)于育人方面很重視。有一次，我們上課講到了價(jià)值觀，于是她會(huì)分享之前作為學(xué)生的經(jīng)歷，讓我們從中獲益，融入到生活之中，成為有價(jià)值的東西。
