　　“五一”放假的時候老師給我們布置了一項作業(yè)：每人準備一份英語演講稿，可以是自己的父母、老師、學校，也可以是小動物，或者英語小故事，我準備的是《My family》�！拔逡弧遍_學以后，老師在班里進行選拔，最后我們班被選中的同學有魏奕博、劉向還有我，老師又對我們進行了多次輔導。老師要求我們首先要把自己的稿子讀熟練并讀出感情，不能像背書那樣速度那么快，在熟練的同時再背誦。我回家后每天都抽時間練習，一段一段地背熟練，讓媽媽幫我聽，還自己用手機錄音聽效果。

　　參加英語演講比賽的共有來自三至六年級的17名同學，他們看起來都信心十足，那些哥哥姐姐們在臺上都表現(xiàn)得非常出色。連主持人也是一名英語和一名漢語主持人。我是三年級的一號，快輪到我時我有點小緊張了，害怕自己說不好，我深伸吸了一口氣就上臺了，結果我說得還比較流利，沒有忘詞 還 發(fā)揮出了自己最好的`水平。最后有4名同學獲得了一等獎，5名同學獲得了二等獎，8名同學獲得了三等獎。我獲得了二等獎。

　　演講比賽結束了，雖然我這次沒有獲得一等獎，但我從別人的身上看到了別人的優(yōu)點和缺點，也看到了自己的優(yōu)點和缺點，我現(xiàn)在還是一名三年級的學生，還是第一次參加這樣的比賽，以后還會有很多機會，這次活動對我來說也鍛煉了我的膽量和能力。以后我要好好學習，多多地參加各種活動來鍛煉自己。

　　為提高孩子們英語水平，檢驗近期英語學習情況，進一步培養(yǎng)學生的英語綜合運用能力，營造英語文化氛圍，7月28日，山東理工大學“紅色之旅”實踐團于菏澤市牡丹區(qū)趙樓社區(qū)支教基地舉行英語作文比賽。

　　此次比賽本著“人人參與”的原則，在初中三個年級中進行。以《My holidy》（我的假期）為題，學生們現(xiàn)場發(fā)揮，在30分鐘的時間內寫出一篇100詞作文。比賽過程中，參賽選手胸有成竹，屏氣凝神，嚴格遵守比賽規(guī)則，表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)秀的參賽風格。全部同學在規(guī)定時間內完成，甚至有幾位同學提前做完，顯示出同學們對英語的有效掌握。學生作文水平雖顯稚嫩，但從單詞、句子的.運用，到語法篇章的安排，都顯示出了英語教學有了明顯的進步，這是同學們勤學英語的結果，也是每位實踐隊員辛勤教學的結果。最終，趙芳同學脫穎而出榮獲一等獎，劉涵、趙紫、趙偉等分獲二、三等獎，隊員們?yōu)槠漕C發(fā)獎狀、獎品，以資鼓勵。賽后，實踐團將同學們的作品在櫥窗中展示，以供大家交流學習。同學們表示今后一定再接再厲，學好英語。隊員們鼓勵大家在日常生活中也要勤學勤用，在實踐中探索英語的奧秘。

　　The contest,whose aim was to let more people know the bad environmental conditions we are facing and the urgency of protecting it,was hosted by the Environmental Protection Burua.Fifty top contestants from twenty schools throughout the city took part.All of them were required to answer the questions in English in ten minutes.In order to prepare for it,I went through a very hard time.

　　When I was chosen to attend the competition,I felt nervous first,for my English was not good.But after a deep thinking,I made a decision that I should go for it.That's a very good opportunity for me to improve my English,as well as know more about the environmental protection which is of great importance to us human beings.I began to learn English very hard,paying much attention to the knowledge of environmental protection,such as using environmentally friendly bags instead of plastic ones,saving water and electricity and taking a bus and underground when going out.That's hard work,but I enjoyed it.
