Junk food is not good for people's health. Last week ,I ask forty students in our school "how do you think of the junk food?" . Many people think the junk food is not good for their health , but they eat them every day! Junk food is great harm, not only can damage to our health, and will make us sick, but also a lot of people do not notice that junk food is now doing harm to us, so I want to write something to talk about junk food.
With the development of our life, many people are busy with their work and enjoy eating fast food. This problem, however, has greatly increased in recent yearsregard it as junk food.
Each coin has two sidesit brings us benefits to people. It is convenient for us to have some fast food. it brings us danger.The more junk food you eat, the unheathier you will be. And the junk food may increase the risk of disease and other kinds of health problems. We should pay closer attention to our health. Instead of having junk food, eat more fruits and vegetables which contain more vitamins.
On the wholedoes harm to our health. So, get rid of the bad eating habits to stay healthy.
2. To introduce my favourite sport
I am an active girl, and I like playing sports very much. My favourite sport is swimming. Today my topic is To introduce my favourite sport. When I am swimming in the pool, I am very happy. I look like a lovely fish in the pond. I enjoy swimming, because swimming can make me strong and healthy. It can also bring me a lot of happiness.
I swim three times a week. Most often I swim in my school. I feel very happy when I swim in school with my friends. I often go to swim with my good friend Lily. She likes swimming,too. And she is very good at it. She always swims better than me. Sometimes I swim in the swimming club near my home during summer holidays. Swimming is not so hard as some people imagine. But many young people dream to become big stars like Sun Yang, which is difficult because you should, first of all, be gifted and then have a lot of practice from early age in order to become a very good player.

4. An interesting thing
It is impossible to recall all the past, but I can assure you that my childhood is a pleasant one to me.
When I was in kinder garden, I was very popular with my playmates because of my naughtiness. Once I made an arrow, with which I hurt one of my playmates and received scolding from my mother afterwards.
When I grew up, my father and mother dare not allow me to play outside. But sometimes when we had time they would bring me to the parks, movies and went swimming.
I like swimming very much. Thank them for teaching me swimming. I like to play with my friends because I was only a girl. My mother often scolded me when I didn't get home after school but never too severely.
I love my parents. I do think it is one of the best years in my whole life.
5. My best friend
Lily is my close friend who I came to know in No.2 Middle School.
She is a teacher. She gave me a sharp impression when we met at the first time. Through chatting, we found that we have many common favorites, and finally we came to be friends.
Lily is tall and slender with white skin, long-black hair and a blue-frame glasses. She looks beautiful and graceful. She has good characters of considerate and gentle. So she is easy to get along with.
Lily is good at singing and dancing. She also has many other favorites, such as swimming outdoors, reading, surfing and so on. So she is a modern and intellectual young girl with diverse abilities and knowledge.
Lily is not only a good friend but also a teacher. I often told her the story when I was in trouble. And she always does her best to help me and encourage me to face up to the difficulties of life, till I am successful.
Time flies, we have been good friends for several years, and the friendship between us becomes more sweet and solid.

當(dāng)我還是高一年級(jí)時(shí)，我看到臺(tái)上哥哥姐姐舌燦蓮花，充滿自信的表現(xiàn)，讓我崇拜不已，我期待有一天我也能像他們一樣，能站在學(xué)校的舞臺(tái)，盡情的表現(xiàn)自己。沒(méi)想 到當(dāng)我升上四年級(jí)時(shí)，竟然意外獲得校長(zhǎng)的推薦，給了我一個(gè)夢(mèng)寐以求的英語(yǔ)演講機(jī)會(huì)。當(dāng)老師告訴我這個(gè)從天上掉下來(lái)的消息時(shí)，剎那間，我嚇得目瞪口呆。
我懷著既期待又緊張的心情準(zhǔn)備，在練習(xí)的'過(guò)程中，英語(yǔ)老師為了要我適應(yīng)計(jì)時(shí)鈴聲，控制好說(shuō)完故事的時(shí)間，模擬了比賽鈴聲響起的各種突發(fā)狀況。 當(dāng)我第一次練習(xí)聽(tīng)到催促的鈴聲，我心想：“天��！超過(guò)時(shí)間會(huì)被評(píng)審扣分！”頓時(shí)，我難過(guò)得流下傷心的眼淚。老師頻頻安慰我，要我心平氣和熟悉比賽的氣氛。

前一段時(shí)間，我參加了“希望之星”英語(yǔ)比賽，沒(méi)想到進(jìn)入了復(fù)賽。復(fù)賽比初賽難多了，初賽只需要用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行自我介紹，再加上才藝表演就行了，而復(fù)賽呢，除了這兩項(xiàng)之外，還要看圖用英語(yǔ)說(shuō)句子。比賽的圖片有20多張，比賽前兩分鐘進(jìn)行抽簽、準(zhǔn)備，然后就要上場(chǎng)了。
這一個(gè)禮拜，我一直在為比賽做準(zhǔn)備，可是因?yàn)閳D片太多了，時(shí)間又緊張，所以我只準(zhǔn)備了其中的10多幅圖片。
星期六下午，媽媽陪我去參加英語(yǔ)比賽。抽簽的.時(shí)候，我看見(jiàn)我準(zhǔn)備的圖片都被別的小朋友一張張抽走了，心里有點(diǎn)兒緊張。輪到我了，果然，我抽到了一幅沒(méi)有準(zhǔn)備過(guò)圖片，我想：“這下可完了，真倒霉！可是，都已經(jīng)到了，也沒(méi)辦法了，只能再努力準(zhǔn)備一下了�！鄙蠄�(chǎng)的時(shí)候，我不再緊張，我大方地做了自我介紹，并唱了一首英語(yǔ)歌，看圖說(shuō)話開(kāi)始了，大屏幕上出示了圖片，老師把話筒遞給我。我先介紹了圖片上的人物，在介紹他們?cè)诟墒裁矗?0秒中里面，我大概說(shuō)了八、九個(gè)句子。

最近，我很忙碌。

我的角色是“旁白”。不要小看這個(gè)角色哦，在整部劇中還是很重要的。
每天放學(xué)后，我都要去多媒體教室排練。也許是我的英語(yǔ)沒(méi)有汪天昊好，也許是我不了解該怎樣說(shuō)好旁白，我常常被miss騰和miss姚糾正單詞的讀音和音調(diào)；而且因?yàn)榫o張，我?guī)缀踔皇菣C(jī)械地背誦而不是富含感情地朗誦。
我很害怕，這樣下去會(huì)有什么不好的結(jié)果。
終于，危機(jī)真的降臨。老師發(fā)出了最后通牒：如果再不能讓所有的老師滿意，我就要被換掉！聽(tīng)到這個(gè)消息，我的“金豆子”吧嗒吧嗒地滴落下來(lái)，傷心、難受還有對(duì)自己的失望，充滿我的`心中�？墒强蓿钟惺裁从茫课也恋粞蹨I，望著隨風(fēng)舞動(dòng)的小草，笑著對(duì)自己說(shuō)：加油，相信自己！

今天，傳來(lái)了喜訊：我們的節(jié)目獲得了下關(guān)區(qū)第一名！我高興極了，我的努力終于有了結(jié)果！
我們還將參加南京市的比賽，是否能贏，我不能肯定，但是，只要努力，一定會(huì)有好的成績(jī)，這一點(diǎn)，我深信不疑！
