Teachers can weigh the criticisms and change what they think needs to be changed. Praise from students is also valuable. It can reinforce teachers’ opinions about how they’re teaching and give them confidence.

　　It’s also helpful for school administrators to hear what students think about their teachers. It keeps administrators in touch with what’s going on in the school. It also gives them some idea of which teachers effectively reach the students. However, good administrators know that student evaluations need to be reviewed with a keen eye for prejudice and adolescent attitudes. After all, and evaluation is a good way for students to get back at teachers who expect more of them than they want to give.

　　Evaluating teachers is also a good exercise for the students. They have to organize their thoughts about what they think of their teachers. In that way, they pinpoint for themselves what they expect of those teachers. They begin to understand what they value in a teacher and what is phony or useless. 　　自己的英語(yǔ)成績(jī)并不是特別拔尖的那種，但是提起自己的英語(yǔ)老師，確實(shí)真的是感慨頗多！

　　然后自己印象中最深刻的兩位英語(yǔ)老師，也就是初中的一位和高中的一位，初中的那位英語(yǔ)老師，沒(méi)有交給自己太多的英語(yǔ)知識(shí)，當(dāng)然，這也是源于自己的年少無(wú)知！現(xiàn)在回想起來(lái)，初中的那位英語(yǔ)老師，可能真的就像大家說(shuō)的那樣，肚子有知識(shí)，但是不知道該怎么樣教給自己的學(xué)生！

　　所以就是每個(gè)學(xué)期開(kāi)始的時(shí)候，他會(huì)買一本英語(yǔ)，詳細(xì)解讀，每一次上課的時(shí)候，就還照著那本書上一字不落的給我們念一遍，那個(gè)時(shí)候自己就是比較年少吧！然后就聯(lián)合班里的一些學(xué)生，說(shuō)想要換掉這位英語(yǔ)老師！

　　后來(lái)就是鬧騰了一通之后，最后也沒(méi)有換掉這位英語(yǔ)老師！只是后來(lái)自己也轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)了，現(xiàn)在回想起來(lái)，之所以感覺(jué)就是對(duì)這位英語(yǔ)老師有愧疚，就是覺(jué)得自己當(dāng)初不應(yīng)該和同學(xué)們一起去告發(fā)他之類的，因?yàn)槌踔械挠⒄Z(yǔ)并不是特別的難，哪怕是照著那本英語(yǔ)解讀上的學(xué)習(xí)，自己如果能夠認(rèn)真聽(tīng)老師講的話，那么英語(yǔ)成績(jī)也應(yīng)該是不錯(cuò)的！

　　還有就是占著自己其他成績(jī)不錯(cuò)，這位英語(yǔ)老師就是對(duì)自己也挺好的！只不過(guò)是后來(lái)自己辜負(fù)了他的一片心意！

　　再后來(lái)就是自己高中時(shí)候的英語(yǔ)老師，教學(xué)能力特別的強(qiáng)，然后各方面也特別的好，只是自己的英語(yǔ)成績(jī)并不是特別的好，平時(shí)對(duì)自己的`關(guān)注也并不是特別的多！

　　但是讓自己感到溫暖的是，在自己即將畢業(yè)的時(shí)候，在自己的留言冊(cè)上，英語(yǔ)老師給自己寫的留言，就說(shuō)自己本身應(yīng)該是一個(gè)孩子，不應(yīng)該就是那么的自卑之類的！

　　這么多年過(guò)去了，提起英語(yǔ)老師的時(shí)候，自己總能夠想到這位英語(yǔ)老師給自己的感動(dòng)，在即將畢業(yè)的時(shí)候，老師以他自己的方法，給了我一個(gè)自白學(xué)生的溫暖！
