當要抽順序及篇目時，我才開始有點良心不安，但天助我也！抽到我最有把握的第一篇，代價是要第一個上場…….在念的時候，幾十雙眼睛瞪著我，我要控制好情緒，才不會伸手去挖那些鷹眼般的眼珠。那種致命的窒息感心臟有點應付不來，只能撲通！撲通！的愈跳愈快。剛開始念得還滿通順的.，可是到最后一段時，整顆心臟好像已經(jīng)塞滿我的喉嚨，快念不下去了，好不容易比賽終于結(jié)束，我已嚇到站不起來，留了十五分鐘的冷汗終于停止。
成績發(fā)下來了，我竟然第二名，評語寫：“臺風好、音量大，如果再努力，會有更不錯的演出。”我樂歪了，雖然表面上裝得很平常，心里卻想著：“哈！唐哥是佳作，終于有一個項目比他強了！哈！”那時，我咬住舌頭才能避免自己大叫。
其實，演說和朗讀都是訓練膽量的，名次只是其次，但經(jīng)過這次比賽的恐怖經(jīng)歷，若想要多活幾年，任何比賽可千萬不要再臨時報佛腳啰！

2. To introduce my favourite sport
I am an active girl, and I like playing sports very much. My favourite sport is swimming. Today my topic is To introduce my favourite sport. When I am swimming in the pool, I am very happy. I look like a lovely fish in the pond. I enjoy swimming, because swimming can make me strong and healthy. It can also bring me a lot of happiness.
I swim three times a week. Most often I swim in my school. I feel very happy when I swim in school with my friends. I often go to swim with my good friend Lily. She likes swimming,too. And she is very good at it. She always swims better than me. Sometimes I swim in the swimming club near my home during summer holidays. Swimming is not so hard as some people imagine. 4. An interesting thing
It is impossible to recall all the past, but I can assure you that my childhood is a pleasant one to me.
When I was in kinder garden, I was very popular with my playmates because of my naughtiness. Once I made an arrow, with which I hurt one of my playmates and received scolding from my mother afterwards.
When I grew up, my father and mother dare not allow me to play outside. But sometimes when we had time they would bring me to the parks, movies and went swimming.

比賽開始了！我們班被分成了四組，每組四人，我被排在B隊。我們B隊選中我負責記錄物品，一個男老師分給了我紙和筆，開始報物品的英文，總共是10個單詞。我那時候的心情應該是緊張加激動吧，十種簡簡單單的物品，我卻有好幾個字不會寫，哎！真是太緊張了。
寫好清單后，接下來的活動就有點像電視上的“購物街”。我們B隊飛快地沖進了物品區(qū)，開始分頭行動，按著清單上的'物品，我們順利地把十樣物品都找齊了，水彩筆、計算器、糖果……看來勝利就在眼前了。
緊接著我們隊進入了最后一個階段就是歸還物品。趁A組還沒好時，我們隊把物品仔細對照了一遍，又把英文單詞念了一下，應該是沒問題了。如果勝利女神對我們微笑，我們就可以到曼德沃超市去參加半決賽、決賽，那該有多好哇！
輪到我們了，我太緊張了，竟然把果凍單詞都讀錯了，不過馬上就糾正過來了。比賽還在進行中，我們隊順利地讀出了一個又一個的單詞，后來我們把所有的物品都歸還給老師，比賽就結(jié)束了。覺得比賽時間好短，我感到好像還沒有玩夠似的。

The 21st CENTURY speech contest was held on Friday afternoon in the lecture hall, Gaoxin
Campus. It was great. Each grade in our school had a speech contest. Eighteen candidates from Grade Six took part in it. The first three winners would go to the next grade.
All of the speakers prepared well for the speech. When the contest began, some of the speakers were very nervous as they were giving speech to the audience.
The thing that made me shocked was, when the speakers were giving a speech and the fellow students were so quiet that you could hear the speakers clearly. When our class speakers went up, our whole class was cheering, it was crazy. The speakers delivered their speeches very fluently that I couldn’t even do it so good.
I remember all of the speakers talked about their parents. They said all of the good things about their parents, but no one said their flaws. But I think everyone has already done a great job. They all did their best.
