We are going to have an English-speaking contest for senior students so as to improve our oral English. It will be held in auditorium on the 5th floor in the teaching building at 4:00pm. , June 9th. Those who want to take part in the contest are supposed to come to sign up at the office of the students’ Union before May 25th. All the senior students are welcome to join in the contest. The first five winners will be given prizes.

好激動��！明天就是英語比賽了！晚上我一直睡不著，一直在想那里漂不漂亮，評委好不好，我在那里一直在想。三個字：睡不著！
終于到了這一天英語口語大賽，我急忙起床，洗好臉，吃完飯，準(zhǔn)備好東西出發(fā)，我在車上看了一路的風(fēng)景，老師說：“一個小時就到了，請大家耐心坐車�！苯K于到達(dá)汽車站，我們排好隊(duì)伍向比賽場地走去。一到比賽場地，我發(fā)現(xiàn)我們竟然是第一個到比賽地的學(xué)校！
好興奮��！老師抽了幾個牌子，我是50號所以我比較慢才輪到，前面幾個同學(xué)回來告訴我：“哇，那個加拿大的外教真好，對著我們一直微微地笑�！苯K于輪到我了，我用眼瞥了一眼外教，發(fā)現(xiàn)他總是笑咪咪的看著我。我想起來之前老師給我打氣的話，瞬間就覺得不再緊張了，我的演講順順利利就結(jié)束了�；貋砗螅液芘d奮，一直在說外教和評委，我好開心地和同學(xué)玩起了游戲，等所有的同學(xué)比賽完了，大家才戀戀不舍的離開了比賽場地。后來，老師還帶我們?nèi)ト脴涔珗@，那里的.風(fēng)景美極了，綠樹成蔭，許多市民在那里游玩，散步、下棋。

拿到文章后，密密麻麻的英文讓我眼花撩亂，查完所有的英語單詞后，已經(jīng)過了一個禮拜，時間像飛箭般，瞬間閃過。比賽迫在眉睫，我才念熟第一篇文章，卻不知死活，每天依舊快樂似神仙。
當(dāng)要抽順序及篇目時，我才開始有點(diǎn)良心不安，但天助我也！抽到我最有把握的第一篇，代價(jià)是要第一個上場…….在念的時候，幾十雙眼睛瞪著我，我要控制好情緒，才不會伸手去挖那些鷹眼般的眼珠。那種致命的窒息感心臟有點(diǎn)應(yīng)付不來，只能撲通！撲通！的愈跳愈快。剛開始念得還滿通順的，可是到最后一段時，整顆心臟好像已經(jīng)塞滿我的喉嚨，快念不下去了，好不容易比賽終于結(jié)束，我已嚇到站不起來，留了十五分鐘的冷汗終于停止。
成績發(fā)下來了，我竟然第二名，評語寫：“臺風(fēng)好、音量大，如果再努力，會有更不錯的演出�！蔽覙吠崃耍m然表面上裝得很平常，心里卻想著：“哈！唐哥是佳作，終于有一個項(xiàng)目比他強(qiáng)了！哈！”那時，我咬住舌頭才能避免自己大叫。
其實(shí)，演說和朗讀都是訓(xùn)練膽量的，名次只是其次，但經(jīng)過這次比賽的恐怖經(jīng)歷，若想要多活幾年，任何比賽可千萬不要再臨時報(bào)佛腳啰！

When I was in kinder garden, I was very popular with my playmates because of my naughtiness. Once I made an arrow, with which I hurt one of my playmates and received scolding from my mother afterwards.
When I grew up, my father and mother dare not allow me to play outside. But sometimes when we had time they would bring me to the parks, movies and went swimming.
I like swimming very much. Thank them for teaching me swimming. I like to play with my friends because I was only a girl. My mother often scolded me when I didn't get home after school but never too severely.
I love my parents. I do think it is one of the best years in my whole life.
